SWISS is to extend its partnership agreement with the Swiss Football Association for a further four years to June 2028, and will thus remain the Official Airline of Switzerland’s national football teams. In doing so, SWISS is underlining its commitment to supporting sports in Switzerland at the national level.

Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) is to extend its existing collaboration with the Swiss Football Association, and will thus remain the Official Airline of Switzerland’s national football teams. The extended agreement will run for a further four years until June 2028. In prolonging its partnership with the Swiss Football Association, SWISS is again confirming its commitment to supporting sports in Switzerland at the national level.

SWISS will continue to support the Swiss Football Association by providing a wide range of air travel-related services for all 14 of Switzerland’s national football teams. In addition to the women’s and men’s ‘A’ teams, these include the country’s youth and beach football teams.

An extensive sporting commitment

SWISS has been actively supporting sport for many years now – at the Swiss national level in particular, where the company is a long-standing partner of the major sports associations. In addition to its collaboration with the Swiss Football Association, SWISS is the Official Airline of Swiss Athletics and the Swiss Ice Hockey Federation, and is a partner of Swiss Olympic, Swiss Paralympic and Swiss Ski.

SWISS also supports a number of top international sports events that are held in Switzerland. These include the Lauberhorn ski races in Wengen and the Weltklasse Zürich athletics meeting.
