We are pleased to announce that our THAI Royal Orchid Lounge , International Departure, Concourse E (West Side) , Suvarnabhumi Airport is re-opened from 10 November 2020 at 0500-2330hrs daily with the concept of “4C - Confidence, Clean, Care and Comfort”.

In compliance with the Ministry of Public Health, the COVID-19 prevention measures will be followed regarding hygiene, cleaning, disinfection to maintain healthy environment along with favorable passenger comfort.

We welcome TG's Royal Silk Class and Royal Orchid Plus Platinum and Gold passengers, Star Alliance Business Class and Star Gold passengers , passengers from our customer airlines , and contracted credit cards holders. Other international passengers with boarding pass regardless airlines are also welcome to THAI Royal Orchid Lounge with service fee applied.

Passengers can relax and enjoy with our services before getting on board with Wi-Fi, hot food in individual serve, variety of snacks and drinks (exclude Shower room and Slumber room).
