Developed by L+R Hotels, IHG® Hotels & Resorts announces the opening of its newest UK hotel, managed by Atlas Hotels - Holiday Inn Express® Bicester, in Oxfordshire. Just a ten-minute walk from Bicester Village, a top UK shopping destination, a five-minute drive from Bicester town centre and with free on-site parking for guests, this new-build hotel is the ideal base for those looking for a shopping getaway or some local sightseeing.

Holiday Inn Express champions simple, smart travel by serving as a no-fuss basecamp where guests can work, rest, relax and recharge.

All 149 bedrooms feature the Holiday Inn Express Next Generation room design, aimed at enhancing guest experience and equipping travellers with everything they need for a great stay. Key features include guest-controlled air-conditioning, blackout curtains, high-quality bedding, a power shower, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. They are also fitted with smart design features such as a flexible workspace, flat screen TV where you can mirror content from your phone, ergonomically designed chairs and ample USB ports and plug sockets next to the bed.

In the hotel’s lobby, guests will find tables with integrated power – all part of the brand’s Next Generation design solutions. A mix of seating styles provide a welcoming space for guests to work or relax.

Holiday Inn Express Bicester has seven air-conditioned flexible meeting rooms that can provide space for up to 45 people (as and when restrictions allow) – making is a great choice for smaller meetings.
