Condor takes off from Leipzig/Halle for the first time to Chania

Nonstop to the beach: this morning a Condor flight took off from Leipzig/Halle Airport for the first time bound for Chania, Greece. The city on the northwest coast of the island of Crete will now be operated every Friday. An Airbus A321 was used for today's flight DE1188.

Tomorrow, Saturday, May 20, 2023, another first flight will take off from Leipzig/Halle. Flight DE1316 brings travelers to Faro in southern Portugal. The direct connection to the Algarve will be offered every Saturday in the summer of 2023.

In addition to Chania and Faro, other destinations in Greece, Turkey and Egypt are on the flight schedule from Leipzig/Halle, as well as connections to the Balearic and Canary Islands.
